A NEW YEARS RESOLUTION

Eph 1:17-18
That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

As the curtains of 2009 are being closed and the dawning of 2010 stands before us their will be many people who will be desiring changes for the new upcoming year
Changes that will impact them physically emotionally and even financially

Allow me to present to you the greatest New Years resolution that you will ever be given the opportunity to participate in.

Luke 9:51-53
And it came to pass, when the time was come that he should be received up, he stedfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem,
And sent messengers before his face: and they went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him.
And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem.

Christ has once again come into the city of Samaria, this is the same city where the woman at the well spoke to Christ and He told her all that she had ever done and she and the entire city believed on him as the Messiah
Christ on his way back to the city sends two of His disciples ahead to make ready for Him and the word of God tells us that because His face was set towards Jerusalem they refuse to receive Him.

His appointed time is at hand where He is to be scourged crucified, buried and raised from the dead.
His face is set towards Jerusalem to accomplish that and they refuse to receive Him

Have understanding,
They know who He is, they know that He is the chosen one, they know that He is the Christ from God and they still refuse to receive Him and the reason that they refuse to receive Him is because His face is set towards Jerusalem.

Why would they refuse to receive Him simply because He is going to Jerusalem?

Because two of the most powerful prejudices known to man exist between the Jews and the Samaritans the prejudice of race and the prejudice of religion.

The prejudice of race where the Jews would not accept marriages that were not of true Jewish linage, any Jew that married some one who was not of true Jewish linage was cast out of the Jewish culture and then also the prejudice of religion for if you were not a true Jew you were not allowed to worship in the temple

This is the reason that the Samaritans had such hatred for the Jews and when they saw Christ steadfastly setting His face towards Jerusalem they refused to receive him

Luke 9:54
And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did?

Here is a tragic situation, the Messiah is on his way to Jerusalem to become the sacrifice for the entire world and that mission is being hindered because of the prejudices of a group of people,

Their motivation stems out of nothing but hatred

Look at
2 Kings 1:7
And he said unto them, What manner of man was he which came up to meet you, and told you these words?
And they answered him, He was an hairy man, and girt with a girdle of leather about his loins. And he said, It is Elijah the Tishbite.
Then the king sent unto him a captain of fifty with his fifty. And he went up to him: and, behold, he sat on the top of an hill. And he spake unto him, Thou man of God, the king hath said, Come down.
And Elijah answered and said to the captain of fifty, If I be a man of God, then let fire come down from heaven , and consume thee and thy fifty. And there came down fire from heaven , and consumed him and his fifty.
Again also he sent unto him another captain of fifty with his fifty. And he answered and said unto him, O man of God, thus hath the king said, Come down quickly.
And Elijah answered and said unto them, If I be a man of God, let fire come down from heaven , and consume thee and thy fifty. And the fire of God came down from heaven , and consumed him and his fifty.
And he sent again a captain of the third fifty with his fifty. And the third captain of fifty went up, and came and fell on his knees before Elijah, and besought him, and said unto him, O man of God, I pray thee, let my life, and the life of these fifty thy servants, be precious in thy sight.
Behold, there came fire down from heaven , and burnt up the two captains of the former fifties with their fifties: therefore let my life now be precious in thy sight.

When the king sent his Captains and their men to Elijah to have him come down to him these men were only obeying orders,
Elijah was in no physical danger
God even told Elijah not to fear that He would protect him

The bottom line is that Elijah did not have to do what he did when he called fire down out of heaven, the situation really did not warrant the response that Elijah gave and I might add that the circumstance before Christ warranted fire from heaven more than the fire that was called on by Elijah.

Luke 9:54
And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did?

What James and John wanted to do was to mimic and to do exactly what one of the greatest Old Testament prophets did and that was to call fire down from heaven and consume them.

This was not just something that they dreamed up, they had scriptural precedent for what they were going to do and they thought that their actions was going to glorify God when they called down fire from heaven and killed all of these Samaritans who were hindering the work of God

And look what Christ did
Luke 9:55
But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of.
For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village.

The Disciples of Christ wanted to do to the Samaritans exactly what Elijah did to the king’s captains and men and Jesus rebuked them

He rebuked them for wanting to follow a scriptural example in the Old Testament

That is an awesome piece of information!

Here is reality
If you try to model yourself after Old Testament examples
If you deal with people according to Old Testament examples
Or if you think that God is still dealing with people according to the Old Testament examples you could be rebuked by God

And the reason that you could be rebuked is because you are misrepresenting God and His nature

You are bringing people to a place of rejection and fear, a place where they reject God and where they serve God out of fear instead of love and it is a hindrance to there relationship

Let me tell you truth,
If Christ would have been on the earth when Elijah called down fire from heaven Jesus would have rebuked him

And the reason that he would have rebuked him was because it does not show the true nature and character of God

Christ would have rebuked him
It is amazing to me that when I ever I run into people who call themselves a prophet or a prophetess they are always wanting to be like Elijah

Cursing the earth, speaking the judgments of God, speaking the destruction on this thing or the destruction on that thing, if your mentality is to be like any of the Old Testament prophets you would be rebuked.

This is a tremendous statement!

New Testament prophets do not go around trying to be like Old Testament prophets

The difference between the old and the new is as different as night and day
In the Old Testament the prophets stood in the gap, in the New Testament Christ stood in the gap
In the Old Testament prophets were intercessors; in the New Testament Christ was the only intercessor, the only mediator.
In the Old Testament you could not be saved, in the New Testament salvation was secured for whosoever will
In the Old Testament you were saved on credit, you were saved looking forward to that blessed hope that would take place in the future

That is one of the reasons that Christ descended into hell was to preach the good news of the gospel to all that were gathered there waiting for that blessed hope

In the Old Testament even though you were saved by looking forward to that blessed hope your nature was not changed, your fallen nature was not replaced with the nature of Christ because Christ was not yet the firstborn among many brethren.

Listen to David in
Ps 32:2
Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

Hear what David is saying and to what He is looking forward to
Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

That word guile in the Hebrew is remeeyah and it means where there is no falseness,
Blessed is the man that in there spirit there is no falseness

Rom 4:6-8
Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,
Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.
Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

Blessed is the man whom God imputes righteousness without works
Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven
Blessed is the man to whom the lord does not impute sin

This is what David was looking forward to

Today our sins have been forgiven
Past present and future

Sins that you have not even committed yet have already been forgiven
David did not have that

Do you understand that in the Old Testament people did not have dominion over the devil?
People were not delivered and made free as they are through Christ; in the Old Testament the devil had dominion over people

In the Old Testament there are only fifteen references to the devil and twelve of them are in the book of Job

Every body who has ever read the book of Job knows what was taking place in the life of Job but Job had no idea what was taking place in His life
Job had no authority over the devil.

To day because of what Christ has done we have authority and dominion over the devil
We have authority over those things that the Old Testament saints never had, their natures were never changed, they were never delivered, they were never made free and they were never redeemed and brought to the place of the perfect law of liberty.

They were never joint heirs, they were never partakers of His divine nature and they never walked in the perfection of the spirit of Christ

Are you looking for a goal in the coming year 2010?
Are you looking for a challenge?
Then begin to walk in the revelation of who you are because of what He has done in you.

YOU ARE HIGHLY FAVORED

Christmas season is upon us and I would just like to read some well known verses that we consider to be the Christmas story and bring forth some truths that I believe need to be brought forth and
I believe it will be instrumental in giving insight to many things that we might have overlooked.

Luke 1:26-28
And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,
To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.
And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favored, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.
Hail thou that art highly favored the Lord is with thee blessed art thou among women.

Here is a statement that has been proclaimed by the word of God spoken to Mary by the archangel and yet this tremendous statement is not to Mary alone but it refers to every child of God who has been born again.
What God said to Mary through the archangel God is saying the same thing to you through Christ Jesus your Savior.
You are highly favored.

Now let me say straight up so that no one misunderstands
I am not anti Catholic; anti Lutheran, anti Baptist or anti Methodist or anti any other denomination or organization,
I am anti religion and I am against the error that religion brings and deceives the child of God from learning the truth that will make them free.

So let’s deal with truth
The Catholic Church has rose up and exalted Mary to a place of prominence that is in error and it is literally hindering and impeding multitudes of people who are sincere and genuine in nature,
Many Catholics believe that Mary is free from sin, that she is the mother of God, the Immaculate Conception.
She has been raised up to a place where multitudes of Catholics pray to her, they seek her blessings and she has been raised to a place of sinlessness the same as the Lord Jesus Christ.

This place of being highly favored has deceived many people.

Listen to Mary in
Luke 1:46
And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord,
And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.

The word of God proclaims the testimony of Mary and states that her soul does magnify the Lord and her spirit rejoices in God her Savior and as we all need a Savior so Mary needed a savior as well,
I will say again, the same thing that God said about Mary is the same thing that God says about you.

Eph 1:6
To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

That word accepted in the Greek is khareetoo and it is the same exact word that is used in Luke 1:28--- highly favored, accepted in Ephesians and highly favored in Luke are both the exact words and there meaning means endued with a special honor.

The exact same thing that God said about Mary is the same exact thing that God says about you if you are born again,
You are highly favored in Christ Jesus
The only two times that this Greek word khareetoo is used in the entire New Testament is in Luke 1:28 and Ephesians 1:6 and it proclaims Gods assessment and His feelings towards you.

Luke 11:27-28
And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.

Now take notice,
While Jesus is speaking this woman begins to shout blessed is the womb that has borne thee and the paps which thou hast sucked and this woman becomes overwhelmed by His presence, by his words, by his power and she begins to praise and magnify the mother of Jesus
Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.

Look at what Jesus says to her,
VERSE 28
But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

Jesus turning around to this woman said if you hear the word of God and keep it you are more blessed than my mother, to anyone who believes the word of God this should put to rest all of this nonsense about the exaltation and prayers that are being offered up to Mary,
So the same place of exaltation and acceptance that God gave to Mary He has given to you and I as well.

Luke 1:30-32
And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.

Now have understanding,
An angel appears unto Mary and begins to tell her of the Son that is going to be born to her; her first impression might have been that this announcement was about a son that was going to be born out of her union with her soon to be husband Joseph

But then the angel says in VERSE 32
He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

As the angel Gabriel is speaking to Mary all of a sudden she begins to understand that the angel is speaking prophecy to her concerning the Messiah and she is going to be the virgin through whom the Messiah was going to be born
The Son of the living God
Emmanuel----God with us.

The Savior of the world was going to be conceived within her and what is so awesome about this besides the miracle of birth as a virgin is how the truth of that conversation was received by Mary

How was Mary able to receive that which was being spoken to her?
She received it as truth through the scriptures
It was spoken in truth by Gabriel, it was received in truth by Mary and the truth brought freedom.
It brought freedom from confusion, from prejudice, from the thinking of others, from condemnation and freedom from religion.
Yes and even religion.

The Jewish religion stated that any one who became pregnant out of wedlock would be put away and even stoned to death and they would be made a public spectacle.
Mary received the truth and the truth brought freedom which brought joy.

Luke 1:34
Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?
VERSE:35
And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

These are powerful statements, these versus of scripture leave no doubt as to how the Son of God is going to be born, and the child would not come through the normal union of a man and a woman but would be brought forth from a virgin birth, a supernatural overcoming of the Holy Spirit upon this young girl.

The Holy Ghost would overshadow her and the power of God would bring to pass the Son of God that would be conceived inside the womb of Gods creation.
God himself is going to cause Mary to conceive.

This is powerful
I have thought on this a great deal and it is amazing to me how this young teenage girl of about 17 had a heart to receive that which was being given to her,
Zacharias a priest of the temple of God did not have the same heart to receive

Luke 1:5-6
There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth.
And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.

VERSE:11-20
And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of incense.
And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.
But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.
And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth.
For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb.
And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God.
And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.
And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in years.
And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto thee, and to shew thee these glad tidings.
And, behold, thou shalt be dumb, and not able to speak, until the day that these things shall be performed, because thou believest not my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season.

This is amazing
A man in ministry did not have the same heart to receive as a woman in intimacy, and I make no distinctions according to gender the distinctions I make are to the condition of the heart
Mary was a powerful woman of faith and what was being revealed unto her could only be received by faith

Luke 1:36-37
And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.

Here is confirmation that which the angel is speaking, this is the confirmation of reality that speaks to her faith,
Elizabeth has been barren all of her life and she now is in the sixth month of her pregnancy.

Here is the confirmation to that which she has heard
VERSE 37
For with God nothing shall be impossible.

Do you understand what that means?

It means that no word of God is without power of fulfillment

This is so tremendous
No word of God is without power of fulfillment

VERSE:38
And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.

The Lord will use a multitude of things to get our attention
He may use prophecy, the gifts of the spirit; He may use physical manifestations, dreams, visions and even angelic beings.

But look what Mary said,
be it unto me according to thy word.

Look what scripture teaches us in
2 Pet 1:19
We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:

The word of God is a more sure word of prophecy than an audible voice, than a dream, a vision, more audible than a physical manifestation, the word of God is a more sure word of prophecy and when the angel was done speaking Mary said
Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word.

And when she had heard and received the word of the Lord the angel departed

Allow me to give you something that is so awesome.
When she had received the word of the Lord, when she was holding unto the word of God it was then that the angel departed.

Here is a tremendous application for our lives
When you come to the place when the word of God is a more sure word of prophecy to you and you do not need a physical manifestation to build your faith, you do not need a sign, a wonder, you do not need those things that require you to use your five senses to bring you to the truth of Gods word,
When you have come to the place where the word of God is your sure word of prophecy,
Then the word of God is your proof that you have come to the place of truth.
The word of God is the highest form of faith.

Matt 8:5-8
And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him,
And saying, Lord, my servant loath at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.
And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him.
The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.
For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
LISTEN TO JESUS
When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

Jesus said I have not found so great faith in all of Israel in other words faith that relies simply on my word

The centurion said
Lord you do not need to come and heal him
You do not need to send a prayer cloth
Just speak the word and my servant shall be healed

His trust was in the words spoken by Christ instead of the physical manifestation of the body of Christ praying to his servant in his home

Here it is
When Mary said be it unto me according to thy word
What Mary was saying was that the word was more important than the physical manifestation of the archangel.

WHAT A POWERFUL TRUTH.

GOING BEYOND THAT WHICH IS PHYISCAL

Eph 1:18
The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

In my past two writings I have brought to you the awesome revelation that we as children of God have the opportunity to walk in a word managed attitude and that we are able to come to the place where we can receive a attitude adjustment. To continually walk in victory.

If you have read my precious two writings on Heart-Thoughts of DK---Adjusting your Attitude and More than a Conqueror, then I believe that you will agree that for the most part many of Gods people are in need of an attitude adjustment.

And yet this is a place that is foreign to most children of God and the reason being is because their lives are dominated by their emotions and how they feel..

The sad truth is that most Christians realize that they are not walking according to the word of God and that they are for the most part dominated and over whelmed by their feelings.

Do they like it?

No

But they never go beyond that which is physical, they never go beyond that which is emotional and walk and live in that which is managed and controlled by the word of God

Here is reality and not only reality but truth, we as children of God can be empowered by the word to live according to the word.

I wonder how many of you have heard this old adage and it says
“Your attitude determines your altitude”

Your attitude determines the place in which you are going to walk, the place in which you are to fly as an eagle or flutter around on the ground like a chicken
Your attitude determines whether you walk in victory or defeat.

Ask yourself a question?
What is your attitude?
Does your attitude, your way of thinking, you’re outlook, your philosophy is it filtered and flavored through the word of God

The word of God needs to be a filter inside of you that takes every piece of information, every thought, every opportunity that is presented to you and it needs to be filtered through the word of God.

In my last writing “More than a conqueror” I shared with you how your feelings are not based upon truth and that feelings are based upon perceptions of what you may be feeling at the time but they are not facts.

I need to say it again,
Feelings are based upon perceptions, perceptions of what some one else might have said, upon what some body else might have experienced, based upon statistics and how you feel about any given thing, but they are not based upon the word of God.

And the word of God is the only standard of truth that the born again child of God can rely on if that child desires to walk in the fullness and completeness of who God is in them.

Understand this,
Your feelings are based upon perceptions of what you might think to be truth but in reality they are a lie masquerading as truth
Perceptions of truth are not facts and truth is facts based upon the word of God.

Let me give you some facts that are true that will make you free.
#1 you are a brand new creation and old things are passed away and all things are new.

2 Cor 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

#2 Not only are they new, they are new every morning

Lam 3:22-25
It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.
The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.

The Lords mercies are not consumed, His compassions do not fail, every morning they are new

Every Morning!

#3 Great is His faithfulness!

He is faithful and because He is faithful, He is my portion; He is my hope as I seek His face,
These are the facts, this is truth
But how is it that you perceive these facts and truths.

Do you perceive them though your feelings, do you not see them as new every morning because of what you may have went through during the previous night,
Do you not see how great His faithfulness is because of the trouble that you are now experiencing?

#4 you are above only, you are not beneath, and you have been made the head and not the tail.

Deut 28:13
And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:


#5 you are complete and you are finished.

Col 2:9
For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

The same spirit that Christ has in Him, you have in you, the same resurrection power that was present is Christ is present in you, the same faith that Christ had to raise Lazarus from the dead lives inside of you
The same ability to cleanse the leper, raise the dead, cast out demons and heal the sick lives on the inside of you.

Matt 10:8
Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead , cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.

You have all the faith that you need.

Rom 12:3
For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith .

#6 you have access to all the promises in the word of God

2 Cor 1:20
For all the promises of God in him are yea , and in him Amen , unto the glory of God by us.

#7 everything that you need you already have.

2 Pet 1:3
According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

#8 everything that pertains to this life and this salvation has already been provided to you.

1 Cor 3:21
Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours;

Does your thinking and your attitude exhibit this truth that all things are yours?

Rom 8:32
He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

The scriptures are plain, when the Father gave us and delivered up His Son for our safes how could he not with His Son give us all things pertaining to His Son

Ps 84:11
For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

The Lord God gives grace and glory

2 Cor 4:15
For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.

What a tremendous scripture,
All things are for your sake that abundant grace might through thanksgiving may super abound to you for the glory of God

Is this how your attitude is managed and controlled or is your attitude managed and controlled by,
I am not adequate,
I am just a sinner saved by grace
I can not do it,
I can not be victorious around that person,
I can not walk in love around that person,
I can not forgive that person,
Everything is stacked against me,
I need more faith,
I need more grace when the grace of God is already abounding towards you.
Your thoughts ought to be about that which is abounding towards you instead of that which you feel you are lacking in.

The image that the word of God has placed in front of you, the picture that the word of God is portraying is that you are more than a conqueror.
And yet for many of you that is the last image that would ever fill your head.
Your life should not be about starting in a place of defeat hoping to go to a place of victory instead it should be about starting in a place of victory that forever allows you to walk in that victory.

Your perception of truth should not be about what you are feeling, not about what sounds good or what looks good and what seems to be good,
Your truth ought to be based and filtered through the word of God bringing you to the place of victory and walking according to what the word of God proclaims through a renewed mind.

How many times have I heard people pray?
Oh God come down
Oh God we desire your presence
Oh God give us a visitation
Oh God fill this place
Oh God protect us and be with us as we leave this place today

Why do we pray such foolish things when His word tells us that He will never leave us nor forsake us?
Why do we pray for protection when He says that He has given His angels charge over us to keep us?
Why do we say that we are sick when the word of God tells us that we are healed by His stripes?

WHO TOLD YOU THAT YOU WERE SICK
My body told me I was sick, I had tests run and they prove that I am sick
Physical results are not the ultimate truth.

There is a higher truth that is superior to physical truth and that is spiritual truth
Spiritual reality can live side by side with physical reality and if you will believe the spiritual reality it will change the physical reality
We the Redeemed ought to be shouting and praising His Name

When are people going to get this?
Many are struggling right now with what I am saying because they are thinking how you can say that you are healed when you are sick,
How can you believe that you are delivered when you need delivered.
How can you be something that you are not?

I am not being something that I am not.
I am being what I am in Christ
I am being what I am in my spirit
I am looking from the perspective of who I am in Him and not who I am in me.

I do not walk in depression; I do not walk in discouragement, I do not walk in hopelessness, I not walk in burn out and I do not walk in mood swings,
My spirit has never experienced any of these things.

The world and society has a excuse for everything that happens
If you are an alcoholic or deep in depression it is because you have a chemical imbalance.
If you have a sickness it is because you were unfortunate
If you are a homosexual it is because you were born that way
If you have an anger problem, a bitterness problem,
If you have o problem of unforgiveness it is because of what you have been through,
If you are struggling with showing love it is because the person you are trying to show it to is unlovable.

These lies come from man and the philosophies’ of man and even though you might think that they are true they keep the captive in bondage.

In the spirit these things are not so
In the spirit there is no trouble loving because it covers a multitude of faults
In the spirit there is no bitterness, no unforgiveness, no anger, no abnormal traits, and no drinking problems.

Why?

Because there are no lies and no excuses in the spirit.

The only thing that exists in your spirit is truth and when you come to that truth it makes you free.

Here is what is present in your spirit

John 6:63
It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

Gal 5:22-23
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

These are the things that are in your spirit so let us live and walk in the spirit.

Gal 5:24-25
And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

So if we live in the spirit and walk in the spirit there is no fear

2 Tim 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

And the first step in walking in the spirit is for you to know what is in your spirit so that your attitude can be adjusted according to the spirit..

MORE THAN A CONQUEROR

Eph 1:18
The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

On my previous message “Adjusting your Attitude” my closing statements referred to the child of God as being more than a conqueror and it being lifestyle when you come into revelation of Gods word.
And I quote,
When you come into understanding concerning the word of God then Gods word brings understanding that becomes lifestyle and lifestyle is being more than a conqueror.

Rom 8:37
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

I began speaking to you about an attitude that is managed or controlled by the word of God
What a revelation and yet multitudes of Gods people do not relate nor do they see themselves in the light of who they have become through Christ, instead they continue to see themselves through the flesh, through their emotions and feelings, through whatever is taking place in their lives and they never grasp the significance of Gods word to bring heart revelation, to bring forth an attitude adjustment as a co-inheritor with Christ

Look again at
Rom 8:37
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

This scripture speaks volumes and yet very few of Gods people have lifestyle relating to this scripture,
Because He loves us in all things we are more than conquerors.

In all things, in everything, we are more than conquerors.

What a wonderful way of thinking
But in order to be a conqueror you have to think like a conqueror and you have to have the attitude of a conqueror.

Prov 23:7
For as he thinketh in his heart , so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.

How are we able to be more than conquerors?

When our thinking reflects His love instead of our lack
When our thinking becomes one with the word of God as in
2 Pet 1:3
According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

The word of God is very clear,
He has provided all things pertaining to life and godliness through the knowledge of him
Through the knowledge of Jesus Christ all things pertaining to life and godliness have been provided.

Here is an another example that our minds need to come into agreement with the word

I Jn 2:20
But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.

The word of God states that you have an unction from the Holy One and you know all things,
Most of Gods people do not walk in the abundance of this scripture or any other scripture as far as that goes,
Most people do not think that that because they are born again and filled with the Holy Spirit that they know all things.
And because they do not think in this manner they do not walk in the abundance of understanding and living in the knowledge of Christ

1 Cor 2:16
For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Phil 2:5
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

The word of God tells us that we have within us the mind of Christ and then it tells us in Phil 2:5 to let this mind be in you, allow this mind to function in you, allow this mind to operate within you, allow the abundance of this knowledge to manifest itself in you.

Can I tell you that this is not the mentality that exists with most born again spirit filled children of God?

The average child of God searches out their emotions, they search out their feelings, their options and their opportunities.
They do not search out the word of God through their born again spirit

So what do these scriptures really mean?
Is it just a religious phrase, is it just something for the child of God to quote and memorize, or is it some deep mystical word that only scholars are meant to understand.

What does it mean when it says that we have the mind of Christ and we are to let this mind be in us?
It means that in your spirit you have the mind of Christ and if you have the mind of Christ then you have access to revelation that will literally impact your life.

Col 3:9-10
Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;
And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

Here is the word of God
You have put on the new man which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him
When you became born again your new man was renewed.

That word renewed in the Greek is anakainoo and it means to be made new

2 Cor 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Your new man has been renewed in knowledge after the image of Him that created him, in other words your spirit is created after the image of Jesus Christ in all things,
In your spirit you have the perfect mind of Christ, in your spirit you know all things, in your spirit you are more than a conqueror and in your spirit you are identical to Christ

The average child of God does not know this revelation that I have just shared with you
And because they do not know this they are constantly looking to find something that they already have, they are constantly asking for something that has already been given and they are constantly searching for that which has already been revealed.

The word of God is clear
All things pertaining to life and godliness have been given through the knowledge of Him; all things pertaining to life and godliness are available in your spirit.

What you do not know is what you have not yet drawn out, what you do not realize is that which has not yet come to your understanding and what is darkness has not yet been brought forth into the light.

God has the answer and He has deposited that answer on the inside of you to be drawn out by you through speaking in an unknown tongue and then praying for interpretation of the that which has been spoken out of your spirit.

Yes I know----- the average child of God only believes that interpretation of tongues is to interpret a message in church.

When your thinking is
Oh God I just do not know what I am going to do, I just do not know how this is going to work out, you’re already starting from a place of defeat.

When are you going to get an attitude adjustment and begin to believe what God has to say about you?
Well I don’t feel like I am a conqueror, I don’t feel like I am prosperous, I don’t feel like I am victorious, delivered or know all things
You do not understand my situation is bad.

Your situation is bad because you do not know who you are in Christ, you do not know what Christ has done for you and you do not know what Christ has accomplished in you and provided for you...

You do not know and because you do not know you are living one day at a time sweet Jesus

Isn’t that how the song goes
One day at a time sweet Jesus------What bondage

Here is revelation
You can not change the things in the physical (the emotional) through any other means than by that which is spiritual, the things that need to be changed in the physical and in the emotional have to come forth out of that which is spiritual, in other words the part of you that is 1/3rd and not the part of you that is 2/3rds, the part of you that is spirit and not the part of you that is soul and body.

Change has to come forth from the 1/3rd part of you and if you are trying to deal with the 2/3rds of you (soul and body) through the 2/3rds of you (soul and body) you are dealing in bondage.

The key to the Christian life is learning how to walk in the spirit, learning how to walk according to the 1/3 of you instead of the 2/3rds of you.
To most people walking in the spirit is about walking around with a sick look on your face, being super holy, being super spiritual, hands clasped together, always wanting to go pray or do something religious, your dresses to the floor and your neckline at your forehead
Your hair wound up on your head so tight that it makes your eyes squint.
Being in the spirit is your life based upon spiritual truth instead of religious or physical truth.


So what is spiritual truth?
Is it spending hours praying in the spirit, is it spending hours in intercession and interceding?
No!

Then what is spiritual truth,
John 6:63
It is the spirit that quickened; the flesh profited nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

The words that I speak to you they are spirit and they are life.
Here is spirit and here is life and it does not matter what your emotions have to say.
It does not matter what your banker has to say, it does not matter what your doctor has to say, it does not matter what your situation or circumstances are dictating,
Jesus says these words that I speak are spirit and they are life.

James 1:23-24
For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
For he behold himself, and Goethe his way, and straightway fretted what manner of man he was.

The word of God is speaking to you about looking in a mirror to see your natural face and then you walking away forgetting about what manner of man that you were looking at.

Let give you insight,
No one has ever seen the top of their head and no one has ever seen their forehead,
All they have ever seen is a reflection of what they look like

The reflection is true, the reflection is accurate and you have learned to trust in the reflection that you are seeing.

You do not go by feelings when you go to comb your hair, you do not go by feelings when you put on your make up, you do not go by feelings when you shave, you go by the reflection in which you are seeing in the mirror.

The word of God is a mirror for you to see your reflection, for you to see your spiritual man, the new man.
And there are times when you do not feel what the word of God has to say about you, there are times when you do not feel healed, when you do not feel prosperous, you do not feel delivered or victorious.
There are times when you do not feel like you have been blessed with all spiritual blessings but instead you feel like everything is falling apart.

The word of God is the mirror for you to see who you really are.

One of the biggest hindrances in the body of Christ and one of the most demonic things that has ever entered into the church is that which is based upon how you feel and you trying to relate to the spiritual through how you feel.
Feelings are not factual, they are not reality,
Feelings are based upon any given situation that may be taking place at any given time.
Feelings are not subject to faith and they are not subject to the truth, they are subject to everything whether they are good or evil.

Some years ago I had went back home to visit my Mother she had become ill and it was an emergency type of trip
I left my home about seven o’clock that night and I would not reach my destination until about two in the morning.
About eleven o’clock that night my wife received a phone call that I had been an accident and that I had died.
The individual calling told her that they were the highway patrol

I was on my way to my Mothers
I was in a place where my cell phone was not working because there was no service,
I was not dead; I was not involved in an accident
It was a lie but just because it was a lie it did not stop her feelings and all the feelings of my family from expressing themselves.

Feelings are not subject to truth
Feelings are subject to how you perceive truth

Feelings are perceived on perceptions not on facts

The real truth is that you are a brand new man, you are above only, you are not beneath,
You are more than a conqueror; you know all things and these are the facts.
I can not tell you how many times I have been in church services where some body is prophesying about getting a double portion the same as Elijah
The truth is that I can not get anymore than what I already have through Christ Jesus,
I am full, complete and finished

I can not get a double portion
I have already received everything pertaining to life and godliness
I am righteous, holy pure, perfect, healed, delivered, forgiven and
prosperous.
And I will be this way for all of eternity
1/3 of my salvation is already complete
Praise God -------Truth that makes you free

ADJUSTING YOUR ATTITUDE

What is it that hinders and restricts the child of God from attaining and going forth to receive that which has been provided through the atonement of the Lord Jesus Christ?

An attitude that does not reflect what the word of God reflects.

What I want to bring to you today is something that I believe will impact and transform your life if you will grasp what is being brought to you.

AN ATTITUDE MANAGED BY THE WORD.

Eph 1:18
The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

What a revelation, that your attitude can be managed, ruled and controlled by the word of God.
Does it sound like it is just too good to be true and yet this is a promise concerning the word of God

Why is it that we the children of God need to have our attitudes adjusted continually, why are we leaking vessels that continually need to be plugged up and why is it that our attitudes resemble a roller coaster that is constantly going up and down.

I believe it is because we have not come to the realization of truth according to the word of God which states that every thing has already been done. everything has already been accomplished in the spirit and when your mindset is that you still feel that there are things that God still needs to do, there are still things that God still needs to give then you are not dealing in the reality of Gods word where He has promised that all things have already been provided for according to His divine power.

2 Pet 1:3
According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

When you are not dealing in the reality of Gods word then your mindset and your attitude is affected and the difference in that which has been affected determines whether or not you are going to walk in victory or defeat.

I wonder if I need to say it again so that there is no misunderstanding,
When your mindset is that something still needs to be done, something still needs to be given, someone still needs to move, then your mindset is not on that which has already been done and that affects your attitude which determines whether you are going to walk in victory or defeat.

There is a huge difference between people fasting and praying to get something done and people walking in power and authority of that which has already been done.

We are not the sick trying to get healed and we are not the undelivered trying to get delivered,
We are the healed and delivered and Satan is trying to steal that healing and deliverance from us.

When most people fast and pray for healing, for deliverance, when they are fighting the battle and they are rebuking the devil the battle to most of them is about getting something done, the battle is about standing in the gap, it’s about praying and interceding.

When you walk in the power and in the authority of that which is already been done, you are still praying, you are still fasting, you are still rebuking the devil but you are not rebuking him so that healing and deliverance will come to you,
You are rebuking him because he is trying to steal something that already belongs to you

So what is the difference between the two?
You’re attitude reflected by which one you believe.

When your attitude sees yourself already blessed instead of waiting to be blessed
When your attitude sees yourself already healed, already delivered, already prosperous, and already forgiven then the difference determines whether you walk in victory or whether you walk in defeat
It is easier to keep something that you already have then it is to go get something that you never thought you had.

Here is that powerful mindset that affects multitudes of attitudes, we know that God is able, we know that God can, we know that nothing is impossible with God and so they petition, they plead, they pray and fast and their starting off place is already in a place of defeat.
They start from a place of depression, they start from a place of discouragement, from a place of restriction, from a place out of the word, they start from a place in the flesh, they start from the enemy’s camp and they embrace it and then what must take place is that some how they must work towards victory instead of starting from the place of victory.

I am not telling you that you can not get to victory starting from the enemy’s camp but what you need to understand and grasp is that there is a camp where you can start from in victory according to the word of God.

Let me show you something.
1Thes 5:23
And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Listen to what the Apostle Paul says,
That the God of peace sanctify you whooly

That word whooly in the Greek is holoteles and it means to be sanctified completely to be sanctified entirely and then Paul makes this incredible statement as he is praying for those in Thessolonica

And I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Here is revelation knowledge,
You are a triune man and you are made up of three parts, spirit, soul and body.
And Paul says I pray that your whole spirit and soul and your body are preserved blameless until the coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

Most Christians have an understanding that they are made up of three parts, spirit soul and body but they’re understanding is only tied to hearing it with their ears instead of application through there hearts or revelation knowledge.
Most people relate to themselves through two avenues, their soul or their emotions and then the other is through their body.

The two avenues that the majority of Gods people relate to God through are these two avenues and they view themselves through these two avenues as well.

What the average child of God does not see Him or Herself through is the spirit and because we are well acquainted with the soul or emotions and we are well acquainted with the body it is not difficult to discern the emotions of the soul nor is it difficult to discern the feelings of the body because we all are in tune with that.

What very few of Gods people relate to is the 1/3 of us that is born again (the spirit), the 1/3 of us that is identical to Jesus, the 1/3 of us that is sanctified holy and righteous.
I do not believe that there is ten Christians in a thousand who have revelation knowledge concerning the revelation of spirit soul and body and walk in that knowledge on a daily basis.

And I find that a tragedy.

It is tragedy and yet the average child of God does not understand that the only part of them that is born again is the spirit and if the spirit does not influence and transform the soul, the emotions then the body will always do what the body has always done.

It is amazing to me how multitudes of Christians have placed a tremendous importance on getting souls saved.
There are only two scriptures in the entire new testament that speak of souls being saved and neither one of them have to do with the born again experience.

James 1:21
Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.

Heb 10:39
But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

Neither one of these scriptures are speaking about being born again because in the born again experience your soul is not saved only your spirit.
Only your spirit becomes brand new.

2 Cor 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Old things are passed away behold all things are new and the reason is because you are a new creature

VERSE:18
2 Cor 5:18
And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

This is not speaking about your physical body or your soul; it is speaking of your spirit.
When you became born again your soul did not change, your emotions did not change, and your body did not change,
The only thing that changed was your spirit.

And multitudes of Gods people are placing emphasis and importance on saving souls when you’re soul does not even get saved
It can only be renewed

Rom 12:2
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

I wonder how many people who became born again waited with anticipation for everything to become brand new.
Behold all things would become new and old things would pass away
Their lusts would be gone, their sinful desires would be gone, their circumstances and situations would change, that which was broken would be fixed and that which was crooked would be made straight, their emotions and attitudes would change and everything would be new and everything in their past would be over.

And so they prayed a prayer and many really meant it and believed and instead of coming into the promise of His word they entered in to a state of confusion
Accepting and rejoicing in that which transpired but never coming to the place of truth that would bring them freedom.
Their emotions, their feelings, their attitudes never being influenced and controlled by His word
Never having an attitude adjustment that was 100% positive and accelerating.

When you come into understanding concerning the word of God then Gods word brings understanding that becomes lifestyle and lifestyle is being more than a conqueror.

Rom 8:37
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

And yet so many of Gods people do not feel like they are conquerors, they do not walk in lifestyle of being a conqueror and the reason is that they do not understand that the bible is wrote about the spirit man and not the carnal man,
The bible is wrote about the new man, the new creature in Christ, not about the flesh man who accepted Christ

IT IS ABOUT THE NEW CREATURE IN CHRIST.

IT’S NOT ENOUGH

Mark 6:34-42
And Jesus, when he came out, saw much people, and was moved with compassion toward them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things.
And when the day was now far spent, his disciples came unto him, and said, This is a desert place, and now the time is far passed:
Send them away, that they may go into the country round about, and into the villages, and buy themselves bread: for they have nothing to eat.
He answered and said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they say unto him, Shall we go and buy two hundred pennyworth of bread, and give them to eat?
He saith unto them, How many loaves have ye? go and see. And when they knew, they say, Five, and two fishes.
And he commanded them to make all sit down by companies upon the green grass.
And they sat down in ranks, by hundreds, and by fifties.
And when he had taken the five loaves and the two fishes, he looked up to heaven, and blessed, and brake the loaves, and gave them to his disciples to set before them; and the two fishes divided he among them all.
And they did all eat, and were filled.

Let me give you some background to the scriptures that we have just read
John the Baptist has just been beheaded by Herod, the apostles have come forth to inform Jesus concerning the things that have just taken place and Jesus tells them that they should depart unto a desert place so that they may rest.
So when Jesus and the disciples departed to that place of rest many of the people who saw them leaving began to follow them.
When they arrived in the desert the book of Mark tells us that Jesus begins to teach them many things and the book of Matthew tells us that He also healed the sick,

Matt 14:14
And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick.

When the day is about to end His disciples come to him and say Lord,
It is time to send the people away for if they do not leave now they will not be able to obtain food for the evening and many of them will faint along the way.

Now I need you to understand
I am not talking about going to an all night quick mart or a twenty-four hour Jewel store.
I am not relating to the conveniences that we encounter every day of our lives; there were no cars, no buses, no cabs, no atms, no 24 hours grocery stores, and no drive through at McDonalds.
The common mode of travel was walking and they were in a desert place many hours from any city or town and these people had been there all day long with nothing to eat.

Their were men, women and children that were there in that desert place and even if they were to start on their journey towards home they would not be able to obtain what they needed to eat because of the lateness of the hour.

And his disciples come to Him and tell Him that He needs to dismiss the people before it gets any later for the people have not eaten anything all day and many of them will faint along the way as they journey towards their home.

And Jesus tells the disciples feed them.
Mark 6:37
He answered and said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they say unto him, Shall we go and buy two hundred pennyworth of bread, and give them to eat?

So the disciples concerned about the welfare of the people who have gathered to hear Jesus begin to relate to Jesus the condition of the people and Jesus looks at the disciples and says Give ye them to eat.

Now look at
Matt 14:15-16
And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves victuals.
But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat.

I am going to give you a spiritual truth, a truth that has long since departed from the thinking of the church world.

But Jesus said unto them, they need not depart; give ye them to eat.

There is a tremendous need in the lives of people today to be touched and to be ministered to physically, emotionally and spiritually and the church today for the most part is sending those who have needs some where else for those needs to be met.

If they have a physical need we send them to food pantries and mission centers
If they have emotional issues we send them to counselors, Christian psychologists and if the need is critical then we send them to doctors and centers for the mentally impaired, and if they have a spiritual issue it is then that we bring them to the church.

Jesus looked at His disciples and said they need not depart feed them
The church has become so good and so efficient at sending people to other places to get there needs met,

Government agencies, welfare agencies, the Salvation Army, social agencies, community pantries, mission centers and the tragedy is that it does not bother the church at all to send the person in need to place where their needs can not be met

Christ spoke the message so plain---Give ye them to eat And the message is so clear---Do not send people away that have needs,
Meet there needs

But here is the testimony of the church, we do not have the resources, we do not have the means, we do not have what it requires to take care of them in our budget.
We are a church and we do not have the means to supply what they need, but we do know a place where they can go and our prayers are with them.
This is the mindset of many of Gods people today.

So here the people are in a desert place with nothing but a few pieces of fish and a few loaves of bread and we have a dilemma,
The need is greater than the resources
The need is greater than what the disciples have on hand and so the mindset of the disciples is to go buy some bread.

And the Lord tells the disciples feed them.

And this is how they respond.
And they say unto him, Shall we go and buy two hundred pennyworth of bread, and give them to eat?

I wonder how many of those disciples looked at the Lord and said within them selves, He needs to get a grip; He is out of touch with reality.

I wonder how many of you have been in a situation where the need is greater than the resources that you have on hand and you look at the mountain and think to yourself how impossible is this. How impractical is this, how out of touch is this.

Hear is sobering truth,
This situation with the disciples relates exactly to us as children of God and what the Lord has commanded us to do,
Feed them
Heal them
Cast out demons
Cleanse the lepers
Raise the dead
Preach the good news
Preach deliverance to the captive and set at liberty them that are bruised.

They need not depart,
You don’t have to send them to the government agencies, you don’t have to send them to the psychiatric centers to be evaluated by psychiatrists, you do not have to send them to the food pantries and you don’t have to send them to the health clinics
Feed ye them
Meet the needs of these people.

And the church, the people of God are saying exactly the same thing that the disciples said
Should I go and buy 200 pennyworth of bread and feed them.
I do not have any bread or money to buy bread, I do not know how, I do not have those types of resources, I can’t do it,
I’ve never been in ministry, what do I do, what should I do, I do not have what it takes to meet the needs of these people.
But here is reality according to the word of God

They really did have the resources to meet the needs of that multitude,
They had 5 loaves and two fishes.

And some one in the natural is going to say that is not enough, the church is going to say it is not enough; the minister is going to say it is not enough.

But the truth is that the little that they had was more than enough to meet the needs of those that were gathered in that desert place and the little that you have is more than enough to do all that you need to do to meet the needs of those in need.

If you are born again the measure of faith that you have is enough to cleanse the lepers, heal the sick, and raise the dead,
It is enough to cast out every demon and bring liberty to every single person in bondage.

Why do you think that Jesus said to the disciples you feed them?
Because He knew that they had enough.

And the message that he gave to them is the same message that He gives to us
You have the power inside of you
You have the resources inside of you

If you are born again the same spirit that Jesus has lives inside of you
The same resurrection power that lived on the inside of Jesus lives on the inside of you and that which lives on the inside of you is more than enough to meet all of your needs and all the needs of those who are ever going to come into contact with you.
The church has undervalued what Christ has done within us and the body of Christ lives far below and underneath its advantage and privilege.

We are sons of God; we are heirs with Christ and joint heirs with Christ and partakers of His divine nature.
We are above only, we have been made to sit in heavenly places, we have been made free, and we have been given access to the throne room of God with boldness and confidence.

But very few of Gods people get it and grasp what Christ is saying,
Feed ye them
Heal ye them
Deliver ye them
All things are possible to you.

And because Gods people do not get it they live there life as a beggar, they live there life as a pauper, they live there life as a drifter, as a transient moving around the palace, staying close to the palace, talking about some day living in the palace but never taking up residence in the palace.

And the reason is because we do not have the knowledge or the confidence of His word to see what He has done in us and what He has done for us.

These disciples had more than enough to meet the needs of the multitude but it was not apparent to them and not only was it not apparent to them but they believed that there was no way that they would be able to feed the multitudes.
Jesus said feed them but they still could not believe that they would be able to feed them.

Jesus says heal them, raise them from the dead, cleanse them, cast out demons and the body of Christ still believes that it is unrealistic and out of touch to do so.

Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

John 11:40
Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?

Luke 17:6
And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.

Mark 11:23
For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

When is the body of Christ going to start to partnership with the word of God?
When is the body of Christ going to start to partnership with what the word of God has to say about them?
When is the body of Christ going to start to believe that because He lives inside of you that which is impossible with man is possible with God?
When is the body of Christ going to stop casting themselves down when He has lifted you up?
When are you going to stop allowing your past to be part of you when He has delivered you from your past?
And when are you going to stop seeing yourself as you have always seen yourself and start seeing yourself as God sees you.

And yes it is true that you are not able to heal the sick, cast out demons, bring deliverance to the oppressed, cleanse the lepers and raise the dead on your own but as a son of God you have more than enough.

These disciples that came to Jesus and told Him that He needed to send the multitudes home so they could eat, they thought that they were doing some thing wonderful, I can imagine that they thought they would be commended because they we’re being compassionate.

And instead the Lord said,
They do not need to depart you feed them
And what did the disciples do, they immediately looked to the natural
Should I go and buy 200 pennyworth of bread.

When are we as children of God going to stop looking to the natural and begin to walk in the supernatural?

Mark 6:41
And when he had taken the five loaves and the two fishes, he looked up to heaven, and blessed, and brake the loaves, and gave them to his disciples to set before them; and the two fishes divided he among them all.
And they did all eat, and were filled.
